Are you feeling overwhelmed navigating the art of supporting your children while pursuing your own goals? We partner with families—especially within the 2SLGBTQ+ and disability communities—to help you set up the right support systems and establish your goals and create lasting change.
At the heart of our work is a deep love for nature, and we believe in helping you reconnect with your values, clarify your vision, and take actionable steps toward creating the life you truly desire—both literally and figuratively. Whether we’re walking together along a trail or sharing a quiet moment over coffee on a rainy day, we’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
We are located on the traditional territories of the Stó:lō people. Our founder is a fourth-generation settler and is committed to reconciliation and ongoing learning. We offer services outdoors where we have the honour of working near beautiful mountains and rivers, can meet at a local coffee shop, and provide virtual meeting spaces.
Fees
At Valleys & Mountaintops, we are committed to removing barriers to accessing our services. Our rates are always transparent, and we’ll discuss them upfront before any services begin. We offer a sliding scale fee option and are more than happy to work with you to meet your individual needs,
Member of the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce.
