As a neurodiverse single-mom and a member of the 2SLGBTQI+ communities, I have spent years working on myself, obtaining a rewarding career, and building a healthy family.
Getting out into nature is our passion and we can help you find your values, get clear on your vision, and take the steps you need to create the life you dream both figuratively and literally. While walking alongside you on a trail, or while sipping a coffee on a rainy day if you prefer, we partner with you along the way.
We are located on the traditional territories of the Stó:lō people. Our founder is a fourth-generation settler and is committed to reconciliation and ongoing learning. We offer services outdoors where we have the honour of working near beautiful mountains and rivers, can meet at a local coffee shop, and offer virtual meeting spaces.

Valleys & Mountaintops Life Coaching strives to remove barriers to accessing life coaching. We offer a sliding scale fee or a need-based rate. Contact us to discuss working together.
